This Halloween, the spirit of Captain Frederick Pabst returns to his beloved city for one final toast at On Tap and the Brewhouse Inn & Suites. Rumor has it, the old brewer still wanders Milwaukee’s grand halls—raising a glass to the empire he built, and to those bold enough to join him for a night of revelry, fine food, and ghostly glamour.
